Installation

We evaluate, design, fabricate, and install visual elements including specialized lighting and artifact supports, assuring a dynamic exhibit. Each artifact support gently cradles the piece -- allowing the story to be told without visual static.

Collection Management

We provide end-to-end management for corporate and institutional art collections -- from initial inventory through to archival storage, conservation, and reinstallation.

  • Liaise with facilities coordinator to establish location of artworks on exhibit or in storage
  • Produce a complete inventory of all artworks in a collection
  • Recommend guidelines for safe art transport and archival storage
  • Gather, prepare, crate, and ship artworks to secure archival depot
  • Liaise with appraisers and insurance agents to establish collection value
  • Triage collection; recommend and perform necessary conservation changes
  • Examine and prepare condition reports for each artwork
  • Clean all surfaces create photo-documentation and digital files
  • Update provenance, research and produce label copy and didactic information
  • Ensure accuracy of barcode inventory; apply updated barcodes
  • Recommend archival illumination and environmental standards
  • Relocate and install artwork with security hardware where required
  • Measure and maintain archival illumination levels
